PayPro Football Dream Team Competition

These Terms & Conditions apply to the PayPro Football Dream Team Competition, a promotional campaign organized by PayPro.

By participating in this competition, registering on the application, creating a dream team, or submitting any entry, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, you should not participate in the competition.

The competition is organized by PayPro.

For campaign-related queries, participants may contact PayPro through the official contact details provided on the campaign application or PayPro's official communication channels.

The Football World Cup 2026 will run from 12 June 2026 to 20 July 2026 (Pakistan Standard Time).

The Dream Team Competition is currently open, and will continue until the completion of the Grand Final on 20 July 2026.

Indicative tournament-stage dates used for this campaign (Pakistan Standard Time):

• Group Stage: 12 June – 28 June 2026
• Round of 32: 29 June – 4 July 2026
• Round of 16: 5 July – 8 July 2026
• Quarter-Finals: 10 July – 12 July 2026
• Semi-Finals: 15 July – 16 July 2026
• Third-Place Play-off: 19 July 2026
• Grand Final: 20 July 2026

The Dream Team submission and amendment window will remain open until the squad lock deadline set by PayPro, which is currently the date and time announced by PayPro through the application (Pakistan Standard Time). PayPro may extend, shorten, or otherwise update this deadline at its discretion; the deadline shown in the application at any given time is the official cut-off.

Participation is open to individuals who meet the eligibility requirements set by PayPro.

Participants may be required to provide accurate personal details, including name, email address, mobile number, city, and any other details reasonably required for registration, verification, and prize distribution.

PayPro reserves the right to reject, suspend, or disqualify any participant whose details are incomplete, false, misleading, duplicate, or unverifiable.

Employees, contractors, agencies, vendors, or representatives directly involved in organizing or managing this campaign may be restricted from participating or winning prizes, subject to PayPro's internal policy.

Participants must register through the official PayPro campaign application.

Each participant may create only one account and one Dream Team.

Duplicate registrations, fake accounts, multiple accounts created by the same person, or attempts to manipulate the system may result in disqualification.

PayPro will require email verification, and may also require mobile verification, identity verification, or any other reasonable verification step before allowing participation or awarding prizes.

Each participant must create a Dream Team consisting of exactly 11 football players.

Participants may select players from any country or position, subject to the player list available in the application.

The Dream Team must be submitted, and any changes finalized, before the official squad lock deadline set by PayPro, which is currently the date and time announced by PayPro through the application (Pakistan Standard Time).

Once the squad lock deadline passes, Dream Teams will be locked automatically and participants will no longer be able to create, edit, replace, or modify their selected players. PayPro may extend or update this deadline at its discretion; the deadline shown in the application at any given time is the official cut-off.

It is the participant's responsibility to review and confirm their Dream Team before submission.

The player list available in the application is prepared for the purpose of this campaign.

PayPro may update, correct, add, remove, disable, or modify player data if required due to availability, squad changes, incorrect records, technical errors, or campaign administration needs.

PayPro is not responsible for any participant's selection decision based on player availability, injury, suspension, elimination, or non-participation in actual matches.

Participants will earn points based on the real-world performance of the players selected in their Dream Team. The scoring values below are managed by PayPro and reflect the current values configured by the campaign administrators.

The scoring system is as follows:

• Goal scored by a Forward: +3 points
• Goal scored by a Midfielder: +3 points
• Goal scored by a Defender: +5 points
• Assist by any player: +2 points
• Clean sheet by a Goalkeeper: +4 points
• Clean sheet by a Defender: +4 points
• Yellow card received by any player: -1 points (per yellow card)
• Red card received by any player: -3 points

A clean sheet means that the selected player's national team does not concede a goal in the relevant match. Clean sheet points are awarded only to eligible Goalkeepers and Defenders as per the campaign scoring rules.

* Scoring values are subject to change by PayPro. The values shown here always reflect the current configuration; any change applies to every participant's total going forward.

Participants may also earn survivor bonus points for selected players whose national teams advance to later stages of the tournament.

The survivor bonus is as follows:

• Player's national team reaches the Round of 16 (from 5 July 2026): +10 points
• Player's national team reaches the Quarter-Finals (from 10 July 2026): +15 points
• Player's national team reaches the Semi-Finals (from 15 July 2026): +20 points
• Player's national team reaches the Grand Final (20 July 2026): +30 points

If a selected player's national team is eliminated, that player will no longer earn future survivor bonus points, but all points earned before elimination will remain in the participant's total score.

Scores may be updated automatically through football data sources, APIs, admin-reviewed match data, or manual verification by PayPro.

While PayPro will make reasonable efforts to keep scores accurate and updated, delays, corrections, or adjustments may occur.

PayPro reserves the right to correct scores, update match statistics, reverse incorrect entries, or adjust leaderboard positions if any error, incomplete data, incorrect data, or technical issue is identified.

PayPro's final verified scoring records will be considered final for the purpose of winner selection.

The leaderboard will display participant rankings based on total accumulated Dream Team points.

Leaderboard rankings may change throughout the competition as match results, player performances, and survivor bonuses are updated.

A temporary leaderboard position does not guarantee final ranking or prize entitlement.

The final winners will be determined only after PayPro verifies the final scores and participant eligibility.

Prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd position will be displayed on the application.

PayPro may define, update, or announce prize details through the application or official campaign communication channels.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless PayPro expressly allows it.

PayPro reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or similar value if the originally announced prize becomes unavailable.

Any tax, deduction, documentation, or compliance requirement related to prize distribution will be handled according to applicable law and PayPro's internal policy.

Final winners will be selected based on the final verified leaderboard after the completion of the tournament final.

The participants ranked 1st, 2nd, and 3rd on the final verified leaderboard will be eligible for the corresponding rewards, subject to successful verification.

In case of a tie between participants for any winning position, PayPro will apply the following tie-breaker mechanism. After the tournament ends, PayPro will publish a winner leaderboard post on its official social media platform(s), including Facebook and/or Instagram. The tied participants for the relevant winning position will be required to reshare/repost the official winner leaderboard post on their own social media account. The participant whose reshared/reposted post receives the highest combined number of likes and comments within the next 24 hours from the time PayPro announces or starts the tie-breaker period will be selected as the winner for that position. PayPro may verify the engagement count before confirming the final winner. Any suspicious, fake, automated, duplicated, or manipulated engagement may lead to disqualification at PayPro's discretion. PayPro's decision regarding the tie-breaker and final winner selection will be final.

Participants involved in a tie-breaker must ensure that their reshared/reposted post remains publicly visible during the 24-hour tie-breaker period so that PayPro can verify the likes and comments.

Before awarding prizes, PayPro may require winners to provide proof of identity, contact details, eligibility confirmation, or any other reasonable verification information.

For winner verification and reward eligibility, the selected winner may be required to have liked and commented on PayPro's official Facebook and/or Instagram page(s).

Sharing or reposting PayPro's official Facebook and/or Instagram page(s) or related campaign posts may be encouraged; however, it will only be considered where permitted by the relevant platform rules and will not be required where prohibited by Facebook, Instagram, Meta, or applicable law.

If a winner cannot be contacted, fails verification, provides incorrect information, violates these Terms & Conditions, or does not respond within the time period specified by PayPro, PayPro reserves the right to disqualify the winner and select the next eligible participant.

PayPro reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Creates multiple accounts
• Provides false or misleading information
• Attempts to manipulate scores, entries, systems, APIs, or leaderboard data
• Uses bots, scripts, automation, or unauthorized tools
• Abuses, exploits, or attacks the application
• Violates the spirit of fair participation
• Breaches these Terms & Conditions
• Engages in fraudulent, suspicious, or harmful activity

PayPro's decision regarding disqualification will be final.

PayPro is not responsible for participation delays, failed submissions, login issues, internet connectivity problems, device issues, third-party service failures, data provider delays, email delivery issues, or any technical problem outside PayPro's reasonable control.

PayPro may pause, modify, correct, or restart any part of the campaign if required due to technical errors, system failures, data issues, or security concerns.

By participating, participants agree that PayPro may collect and use their submitted information for:

• Registration
• Account verification
• Campaign administration
• Score tracking
• Leaderboard display
• Winner verification
• Prize distribution
• Fraud prevention
• Campaign communication

PayPro may display limited participant information such as participant name, Dream Team name, city, rank, and score on public leaderboard or winner pages.

PayPro will not knowingly sell participant personal information to third parties.

PayPro may contact participants through email, phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or other communication channels for campaign-related purposes, including verification, important updates, winner announcements, and prize distribution.

By accepting a prize, winners may be asked to consent to PayPro using their name, Dream Team name, city, photo, or winner announcement details for campaign publicity, social media posts, and promotional communication.

PayPro will use such information in a reasonable and respectful manner.

This is a PayPro promotional campaign created for football fans.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, this campaign is not officially sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any football governing body, tournament organizer, or related authority.

All player names, team names, tournament references, and football-related information used in the application are for identification, scoring, and campaign participation purposes only.

All trademarks, logos, official marks, and intellectual property belong to their respective owners.

PayPro reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, extend, or terminate the competition, scoring rules, prizes, timelines, or these Terms & Conditions if required due to operational, legal, technical, security, or business reasons.

Any major updates may be communicated through the application or PayPro's official communication channels.

PayPro's decisions regarding registration, eligibility, scoring, leaderboard ranking, winner verification, prize distribution, disqualification, and interpretation of these Terms & Conditions will be final and binding.

By registering for or participating in the Dream Team Competition, the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
